Drill or advice for head tilting leading to shoulder drop
I do not at this time. However, in model swings post 37, my daughter's head looks like where Boccia's head is at contact in this clip. The difference is daughter (hits from right) is tilting her head sideways toward 1st base as the pitcher is releasing the ball as she is moving to toe touch...- Eagledad
