Daughter lost pitching speed...need advice
Sorry no video...dd plays travel ball in the spring and high school ball in the summer. After last summer, she took a break for about a month. After the break she had gained about 4-5 mph on her fastball. She pitched in a couple fall tournaments with the same velocity. She takes lessons and...- 2 girls

Stride foot is slipping
My 12u daughter has been having trouble with her stride foot slipping. She has a long stride and appears to be more explosive than most girls her age. Since 12u cannot use metal cleats, it has been a problem. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.- 2 girls
