    When she was bent over and arm straight. I made her get back into that position and had her try to get into an elbow lead position.     we are currently working one B/I . My daughter really seems to pull her shoulders when it comes time to full pitch, she can do the drills and complete B/I but not in full pitch because she pulls her shoulders. And is square to the catcher at release most times. Suggestions on staying more open.

    Bullet spin, spin/ball release.

    Thanks everyone for your advice. We have always been IR. And she does pitch most of her balls 4 seem. So we will continue with that. Definitely gonna work with the suggestions we received! We’ll check in a few weeks to let you know her progression. I know the saying fix one thing 2 things go...
