My daughter just finished up her summer season. No problem physically until the last weekend. Second to last weekend she developed a small bruise on her thigh. Sore forearm - need help with mechanics
My daughter has been experiencing a sore forearm from pitching the last month or so. Never had this problem before, She is hitting her side/ hip harder which is causing this problem.
