My daughter just finished up her summer season. No problem physically until the last weekend. Second to last weekend she developed a small bruise on her thigh. Sharp pain between neck and shoulder
I could be her trapezius muscle (sorry might not be spelled right). I slightly tore that muscle years ago pitching. Shoulder shrugs work great if that's the problem.- Dennis R

Sore forearm - need help with mechanics
I believe dragging her foot would help keep her weight back, don't you think. Right know her back foot is popping up causing her weight to shift forward quicker than it should.- Dennis R

Ken, I really don't like the look of her back foot. I noticed a few weeks ago how it is pulling up quickly, doesn't look relaxed, is very stiff, doesn't drag as much as I would like. This could be turning her hip through quicker than she should, not appearing open enough.- Dennis R
