What I think I see in coaches eye slowed down, is limited opening coupled with glove swim. It seems her throwing shoulder leads her arm turning her into a pusher. Top speed 51 mph. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk- fishman1218

Ok then we are on the right track. Lucky enough to find this forum. We have been using Board Members drills snapping into glove. Godsend. First pc was all HE put duct tape on her shoulder and told her to be palm up and touch the tape. Found this forum and switched coach. 2 years wasted...- fishman1218

Confused. Does internal rotation always result in palm down? Video of Scarborough almost looks like she finishes palm in with a short follow through. How Do I?
Sorry I should have been clearer in original post. Arm gets trapped behind her on downswing from 12 to 6. She gets back to her hip by release, but can't heldp feeling like she is losing some velocity by not having a cleaner circle. I have tried the cue of keeping the ball outside your back...- fishman1218
