Overhand throwing causing some pain
My DD told me the other day that her shoulder hurts when ever she plays catch (throwing overhand). She says it does not hurt when she pitches or even when she plays long throw (overhand) but when she moves in closer to throw the ball hard (playing catch) - she says it hurts. Finishing the strike out
Hi, do any of you guys have drills/scenarios/suggestions that can help a pitcher finish the strikeout. My DD has sometimes been getting 2 strikes and then usually by 4th pitch gives them a pitch that they hit - no meatballs but rather a pitch in which a batter usually hits a small little dinker...- TeNeetKeeMom
