Ok thanks guys two things I am not looking to cause issues. I received some advice from another coach to have her ignore his pitches and do her own thing but that is bad advice and won't give it. Very valid points, I put I because I am a coach and did switch. I did call pitches and don't here. Based on the fact that the current coach has always called pitches, didn't come into here expecting to call pitches. This is kinda of a mix of both a coach and a daughter question.
