Hitting Really Fast Pitchers
Teach them about timing. When facing faster pitchers changing your swing to match speed will hurt mechanics. Turn up the machine and put on some grooving tunes. Heck yeah! The last one really helped her progress. She improves everyday. Definitely needs a little tuning. Hearing things from someone other than dad always helps. Especially with this one. She's too hard on herself!- matte

When my dd started to catch we had similar problems. After observing her frustration, we tried a drill of the necc web site. I know this reply is a little late but here are my opinions on getting you DD her own gear. The sooner, the better.
