    Just be sure that if you jump ship that the new HC is better. I would go watch the teams that your considering practice. Bring your DD to watch with you. You don't want be that creepy old guy sitting by himself. :-) W

    She was coming off hip surgery and didn't do any full speed pitching. When demoing the circle her hand was not palm up or palm down but, vertical. Kinda halfway between. This was a clinic with 15 girls ages 8-12 so it could be just not wanting to muddy the waters. LOL thought I posted in wrong...

    Does Cat know she uses I/R? I took my DD to her clinic at St. Eds the the other day and while she wasn't preaching HE, the pitching motion she was teaching was not I/R. Is it possible that some pitchers stumble upon I/R as they learn their motion pitches and don't really know they use it? W
