Overhand speed
That is very true. My 12yo 06' daughter was at a camp and hit 56-59(never below 56) from three different measuring devices throwing 10 balls and the instructors said "wow we didn't see that coming". Shes not real tall or big but her arm strength and arm motion is off of the charts.- wellbuckit
