Runners on 1st and 3rd
we will sometimes fire the ball to the ss running in, doesn't stop the steal but enough to catch the runner at third sometimes.- voldad

no, in tn our kids could not play independent sports while participating in school sports. my dd plays for a travel team out of VA, she has been sitting on the sidelines the first three tourneys, in fear of getting dismissed from her school team. ( starting ss middle school)- voldad

thanks guys, that is our next project (stiff arm). our main focus over the past few weeks was drive mechanics. am I correct in thinking that needs to be first? we will be working on the drive toe and forward "h" position this week. anything else pre- release/finish needing addressed? we just now...- voldad

hip pointer and what items could cause and what could alleviate it ??
my dd suffered badly from hip flexor issues, at times it would be so bad she would almost rotate her hips just to walk. went to a professional, now we spend a bout 15 minutes stretching the hips without seeing any major issues since. if in fact she has a hip pointer problem ( I'm not a...- voldad
