The worst team experience I've ever witnessed
Best thing to do after a loss is keep it short and to the point. I don't like calling out individual players for specific plays - they know if they made mistakes. Nothing wrong with being honest - if the team stunk it up, that can be said. Specific mistakes can be discussed one-on-one at next...- tdevore

Correct arm finish when pitching?
I can add my daughter's primary instructors - Bill Hillhouse (houseofpitching.com) and Doug Gillis (Univeristy of Mizzou - instructed Chelsea Thomas) both teach finishing diagonally.
