A little bit about my past with softball....I started playing fastpitch softball at age 6. I played fastpitch softball through grade school, middle school, high school with a ASA travel ball team. My senior year of high school I recieved a scholarship to continue playing softball in college at Iowa Lakes Community College where I recieved the best coaching a player could get! I was coached by Mike Bosch. He is currently now the pitching coach for D1 Syracuse University softball programe.

My first year at Iowa Lakes I recieved NFCA 2nd Team All-Region and my second and final year at Iowa Lakes I recieved NFCA 1st Team All-Region, NFCA 1st Team All-Conference, NFCA 1st Team All-American, NJCAA 3rd Team All-American, Adidas Golden Shoe Award and held the most stolen bases in a season and career record.

Those of you that dont know what the Adidas Golden Shoe Award is...it is an award that is given to only 9 girls across the country for their outstanding performance on the bases. Such as stolen bases.

I than recieved a full ride scholarship to continue my softball career at the Univeristy of Northern Colorado in Greeley, Colorado. During the transfer from Iowa Lakes to UNC I ran into some trouble with not enough credits transfering over. So I made a big decison and decided to go back home to Brandon, South Dakota and become a personal trainer at Tryon Gym in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I did that for about 7 months and than recieved a phone call from the softball head coach for Dakota State Univerisy in Madison, South Dakota asking if I was interested in visiting the campus and possibly finishing up my eligability at DSU. I went on the visit and signed and finished my last 2 years of softball and education at DSU. At DSU I recieved All-Conference and hold the most stolen bases in a career record.
I am currently now a personal trainer back with Tryon Gym and am loving every minuet of it!

I work with athletes of all ages and of all sports and wouldnt trade this life style for anything! I am blessed to help those upcoming athletes to strive and become better all around as a person and player and hope to continue doing what I love for years to come!
