obstruction -protected between bases?
On base hit to outfield, runner rounds first and is obstrcted by first basemen. Umpire indicates obstrcution signal. Runner continues to 2nd base, with no chance of making it, and is thrown out by 20 feet. Is the runner still protected between bases, because of the obstruction, and could not be...- officialpain
