Getting more aggressive
Had the same issue with my DD 2 years ago. She has ice in her veins and no fear but it always looked like she wasn't aggressive or going full out. Yeah agreed. Its our manager who is supposed to be doing it but he's friend with HC and equally as inexperienced and stalled- Number60

If there is one thing I have learned in this position is that going to people with problems is not very useful. You need to bring them problems+solutions and then you can get your own solution implemented in absence of them having a better one. :cool:- Number60

Thanks for the thoughtful response. Control freak, not really. Just either lazy or frozen. He doesn't know what to do and so I will provide him with information and he will often use it. New HC/Manager, depressing results.
HC has a daughter on the team. AC's both have daughters. MGR has a daughter. Its a parent-driven operation. The level of seriousness is not that high in the grand scheme of things but the expectation is that we are going to enter into 7 tournaments over the year, many of which are >5-6 hours...- Number60
