    I have heard of PC's using a stretchable exercise strap that connects to the pitchers ankles that help the back leg pull up quicker. Has anyone tried this before or is it a bad idea .

    Thanks Ken B. We started working on some of those drills a couple of weeks ago. When DD is doing the drills she does great but then when she starts pitching full speed or in a game she resorts back to being too "busy" with her shoulders. If I can just get her to be quieter with her upper body.

    Thanks Rick. She has always been able to change movements as needed after a lot of repetition but leaving that back leg straight and behind her is proving to be a little more difficult to fix.
