Played a RR @ Tx State over the weekend. Nothing too crazy. DD batted .500 over 4 games. Best part was that the coaching staff from TX State was watching, including Cat Osterman, who got to see DD's video live and in person.

The parents were worse, cursing like sailors at our team and parents after the initial obstruction call then again after their team walked off the field.
We are playing in a local tournament. 4th tournament as a team, we are starting to click. We were pretty successful on day 1, won all 5 games total score 32-2. Start day 2, win the 1st 2 games we play, which puts us in the championship game. We're happy, girls are happy, parents are happy...

We had a game forfeited to us.
The other team was winning 1-0 before they forfeited.
I know the game goes in the books as a 7-0 win for us.
Do the stats on the game stay on the books?
We had an umpire for two games over the weekend, who blew 4 calls. In all honesty it probably would have been more if the second game had not been forfeited 1 out into the top of the second inning (more on that in this post). Here are the scenarios:
Game 1
Scenario 1:
We have runner on 1st...

Both of my DD's use RipIt helmets and have never complained about visibility being an issue. My younger DD just switched over to a Boombah helmet (new team uniform) and seems to have no issues with visibility.
