    Catcher throws to the shortstop who is coming in as she throws, and let's hope runner on 3rd takes off for a play at the plate. Has worked numerous times for me.

    I just went to the site. What I found strange was that they listed the colleges all of their alumni played at. All were D1 or D3. No D2 at all. I wonder why?

    Nowhere to swing but down. His right foot goes out to early. He's stepping into the ball before he should.

    Ps. I always tell my granddaughter to throw right to the plate. It's up to the catcher to be there. Now, if there are others on base besides the one coming home, this could be a bad idea. If the catcher is not there, or backup, a missed ball could allow more than 1 run to score.
