    Should players be allowed to listen to music?

    Music being played is fine, as long as the ENTIRE complex doesn't hear it. We have a few teams that play music during warm ups or between innings. I'm trying to talk to my team and having to yell over their music.

    Dumping the barrel

    Do you have 2 tees? Set one up behind the tee with the ball that she is supposed to hit. Set that back tee low and ask her to not hit the back tee while still making contact with the ball on the front tee. Concentrate on the bat drop and not so much on the contact until you see it getting better.

    Loss of hearing

    I'm a bit surprised that you didn't pull her Immediately. A shot to the helmet that hard to cause a loss of hearing could also mean she has a concussion. She needs to be checked out before playing another out.
