I'm not arguing with you here, my DD has the same issue, and slowing down her arm at the start seems to help, but not sure why. If the body is already ahead of the arm, how does delaying the arm action help?- jtat32

Internal Rotation Feedback
Absolutely - this board is fantastic! I was directed to this site about 3 weeks ago, and it's been the single most important factor in my daughter's development. Speed and Movement
You gave their velocity, but you didn't tell us how games go when they're pitching. Slow pitching, with lot's of "gravitational movement" can be confusing to 12Us if they're used to seeing consistently greater velocity. My older DD played 12U rec as well as travel last spring.
