Another 10u Swing Eval
She is pulling her left shoulder too soon which is forcing her hands to come up instead of stay down on the ball. Have her loosen her grip. This will help. Her hands are not too high. Read Charlie Lau on hitting. He wrote the book on fundamental hitting. It will help her immensely.- jimmohr

New U10 pitcher
At 10u, she should work on mechanics. If you have a good pitching coach, they will build her skill set slowly as she shows improvement in mastering pitches. This is the time where she should learn to throw a good fastball and a nice offspeed pitch. Most importantly, make it fun. She will get...- jimmohr
