Java She's been using the pushback and 2 step drills in order to better understand the feel of proper drive while overlapping with a pronounced rearward arm swing. Thank you for everyone's posts and suggestions. Enough overlap and proper timing seem to be the biggest challenge in consistency right now. She's pulling alot of things together very quickly and those detailed suggestions will definitely be a focus moving forward. Back to work. I'll update...- janadew

Matt Agreed. She always had a very pronounced double arm backswing-but fought to control the glove hand thru the pitch and the timing issues it caused. The rocking bent elbows are a conscious effort to control the flying glove and simplify the process of changing motions from Push to IR...- janadew

Can you elaborate on exactly what you seeing. I agree the arm circle is out of time relative to the feet and landing. almost seems like (arm circle panic?) afraid of being late so it starts to early...and is rushed into to 12:00 with no where to go. Any suggestions to sync up the arm circle...- janadew

New to the site - first post. Bucket dad using the threads and posts on this site for insight, mechanics, and drills. Trying to convert a pusher to a IR.
