Looking for advice for my DD after a hard come backer to her ankle. Been a few weeks now but admitted last night when we were practicing that she is scared.
I bought one this year but rarely use it. Found it stressed dd out to much. We use it mainly to check her changeup speed. Really seems to help trying to slow it down. I'll check her here or there in a game when I know she doesn't know I'm using it.
Over last winter dd did javasources redcord workout and he's squats lunges jumps etc.... done twice a week and we noticed a major difference. She wants to do it again this off season along with her pitching and team practice.
It doesn't affect her accuracy but I feel it robs her of velocity? More just bugs me then anything lol. I will see if I can email ken a video for all to critique.
