Ringor cleats?
I have a love/hate relationship with Ringors! My pitcher daughter gets ingrown toenails and the pitcher toe is great, but I agree they are kind of clunky/heavy. also on the speed.... let puberty happen. Just when their brain figures out their body, they grow again and it sends their mind on a fritz. I have seen some develop speed all at once and others develop gradually. focus on the CORE CORE CORE. Lots of training on the core, scaps, glutes, etc.- hearingmommaJV

Five hour practice Saturday and Sunday at 12u
depends how many weekends per month. In birmingham -- we do "clinics" with this type of schedule once a month; but most of our team is also out of town. We have practices in addition 2x a month at our facility and those are 5 hours each, but not both sat/sun. There should be a snack break for...- hearingmommaJV

OH yes.... baseball coaches and those pitching angles. :):) A lot of girls love that high pitch, but when they get to 43', it can be a little easier to adjust until the speeds pick back up again at 16U.- hearingmommaJV
