Question about coach on field
I sit on a bucket and call all pitchers pitches in TB. But I seat at the dug out door on my bucket. it is allowed around here in any association. We play mostly USFA and USGF.- Fastpitchdad00

Bush League Tactics?
i wouldn't call it bush league. i have my 10u girls do it when the have a 3-0 count. I have had them do it to pitchers that can't throw a strike when they see a girls square around to bunt.Or if we have a aggresive defensive team. Playing softball in extreme heat
All my 10u ball girls have frogtogs with there names on them. we have a small cooler with ice water in it just for them . Why so much talk about pitching speed?
Yep when me and my daughter is working in the yard or the park. If she throws a pitch fat on the plate we do not count it as a strike. before we finish she has to throw 9 straight strikes that are not over the center of the plate and hits her spots. Why so much talk about pitching speed?
The Rapid fire is what we do except we call it the speed drill. We see how many pitches she can throw in 30 seconds she usually stays around 10 to 12.
