Is it cheating, or not ? What do you think ?
Hello everyone, I have a little moral dilemma, need your help. I'm an assistant coach on my daughters 10u softball team. I generally can figure out opposing coaches pitch signs (besides the obvious 1 for fastball 2 for changeup), steal signs, etc. Do you consider it cheating if I give a code...- dodgerman1978

Should the catcher, catch with the web or with the palm of the catchers glove ??
awesome thanks coach, so should the glove (index finger) be pointed to the 3 O'clock position when you are receiving a pitch ? Or should the glove (index finger) be pointed to the 12 O'clock position ? Lets just say it's a pitch down the middle of the plate for instance- dodgerman1978

Thanks for looking guys and gals !! I know as outfielders we were instructed to catch with the web of the glove ( but we had deep webs on our gloves) Should the catcher, catch with the web of the glove or with the palm of the catchers glove ?? Any advice is greatly appreciated, thank you.- dodgerman1978

Did I buy my little girl the right catchers glove ? Thanks for the help !
My little girl is a catcher in a 12U division. They use a 12" ball. I bought her a Mizuno Fastpitch Franchise Series 33.50" Catcher's Mitt. But on "routine balls" the ball pops out of her glove and usually drops around home plate. Is the pocket for this glove to small, is she not squeezing...- dodgerman1978

Any feedback on the Mizuno Frenzy 4.0
man I thought I scored when I got one for 85$.. My daughter has it and loves it.. Also got her the super lite frenzy for "faster pitchers" and her teammates love that bat as well.. good luck- dodgerman1978
