I/R- Rollover drop
I have read all of the replies and maybe a bit more confused. So, is the most important part of I/R the transfer when the elbow hits the side and transfers the energy to the forearm? I know the next is transfer from forearm to the wrist but not sure why the hand is to rollover? So, if anybody...- dlee

I am fairly new to the I/R method. I want to buy into but have some questions. Isnt it really just a rollover drop? Thats the way my daughter was taught to throw that pitch. Also, How will I/R work with other pitches? Last of all, if my daughter has good arm whip, won't that work? She is...- dlee

Looking for Pitching Coach in Houston Area
My daughter just finished 10U and is moving to 12U, hence 12" ball and back to 40'. I am wanting to find a pitching coach who teaches I/R in the Houston area as we are making the transition. We have been to a handful and they all teach the "hello elbow". Any help or guidance is much appreciated.- dlee
