Nanotech, I guess for fall ball, we try and get new kids to play, but in my past experience, any new girls are somewhat athletic. I have not come across this situation and am somewhat at a loss.- dld56

I didn't put her on my team. Our organization did. We have 3 fall ball teams at 14u, all about the same level of skill. All teams have girls who are at the lower level of skill.
