Drive leg
My guess from what your describing is she is drive leg dominant, but of course a vid would help. Is she coming off the plate by 3:00? What type of shape does the push leg make? Is it a "?" or more of a "\".- Dial

Need a Separate Set of Eyes to Look at Mechanics
Boomers, how fast does she throw when she does a walk through?? If its 55 - 57 I would say keep doing stuff like long toss. If she is upper 50's she has stuff left in the tank and she is only getting a couple mph from her legs. I think Rick said you should get about 10% with a good drive off...- Dial

Identifying a good push
As a bucket dad how do I identify a good push from the pitching plate. Push knee direction?? Shape of drag leg line in the dirt ? compared to /. Laces to the catcher?? All cue's welcome.- Dial

Forearm angle at release
Rick, Gyro ball?? Can you clarify what you mean?? I do see that about half the time the 11-5 spin (LH IR fastball) comes out wobbly, for lack of a better term. So maybe instead of bringing the finger in the same direction of the stripe its cutting under the ball?? Ok now back to that arm...- Dial
