I do not mind the walk though as a warm up or whatever exercise it might be used for but I know She ment as her regular pitching motion. Good morning; last night I went to a practice with a gal I work with ,shes from our high school team. almost 16 years old. She brought along a coach that pitch in a D111 collage.
