Hello,
This will be my first purchase of a CF series bat and not sure what the differences are. I looked at CF9 and it appeared there was a couple different styles like the Hope, Insane, etc.
My daughter has a Xeno that is less than a year old a 31/21. She was struggling with it and the...
Picked up a Xeno Plus on sale last weekend and I have to say there is a huge difference between the Mako & Xeno. The pop is much more noticeable and my daughter is loving it.
NAFA Nationals games starting tomorrow have temps predicted near 100 with heat index of 115-120. Do the umps call time pretty frequent for water breaks for the girls? Worried about heat exhaustion.
Is there an actual rule requiring the player to stay within the base path to first or can they run way outside to avoid a tag?
Last weekend during a tournament our 1st baseman was going to apply the tag and the batter ran way out of the base line to avoid the tag and was called safe. During our...
I've put in plenty of time breaking the Mako in. It should definitely be broken in by now. From the tourneys we've played this season it seems like a large majority of the girls are swinging the Xeno, then the CF8 and Mako.
I've wondered if the Mako was too heavy because it does look that way...
Thinking of switching bats for my daughter from the Mako to Xeno. She's been using a teammates Xeno and crushing the ball compared to her Mako. The Mako just seems to have no pop even though I've broken it in with plenty of tee work and soft toss.
Is the Xeno Plus basically the same or better...
How long does it take to break in a Easton Mako? My daughter began using it in fall ball last year and this year it still seems to not have the pop I was hoping it would.
I took my daughter's Mako bat out today and hit about 150-200 balls off the tee into the bow net and gave a the bat a 1/4 turn each swing. Would you think this would be sufficient for a break in of this bat?
My daughter's teammate has a CF8 -11 and she was able to take some swings with it and right away after practice she came over asking if we could get her that bat. I think the decision has been made. She likes the CF8 and many people pick the CF8 over the Mako
My daughter has moved up to 12U and has shown interest in becoming a pitcher. She's worked a bit with the pitchers from her summer team but hasn't seen any game time yet. I am going to work with her a lot this fall and give her an inning or two during fall ball.
Is there any YouTube videos out...
