I am not a pitching coach but I would appreciate any advice from those of you that have developed pitchers. I have been an asst. coach for the past four years and have watched a young pitcher as she has grown to now 16 years old and has a good work ethic and lots of power, just lacks accuracy...- Coachjknapp
