The appeal of a "non-parent" coach

What am I missing? Is that a prerequisite to coach or not to coach in 8,9,10u? I would want my kid be coached up by the best coach possible with the best staff possible. I wouldnt care if he's got zero kids or 13 kids. " well that new coach sure can coach hitting and he's good with the...

Umpires what’s the call?

Im with u..The hitter would need to have a "running" start to take and still step out before the catcher releases the throw.

The hitter doesn't have to move. If she didnt purposely try to obstruct the catcher she shouldn't have been called for interference

waiting and driving the outside pitch

Put a ball off the outside part of the plate about even with the inside part if get front knee. Throw her front toss outside pictures and tell her to let the ball get even with the ball on the ground or the inside part of her front knee before she swings or just set a tee up deeper in the zone...
