Heres an idea for everybody, figure things out yourself, be innovative, if you think grip matters then test. Hold the bat as tight as you can and hit a ball off a tee. Now hit it with loose hands. Make a mental note that the ball went farther this way instead of that way.
5000..... just think about that for a moment man, you most likely threw near 1000 and even then you're arm would be completely dead. You would have aches all in your arm from that much and it wouldn't go away for a week.
How about this.
Hitter #1 has 60 mph bat speed at contact, but uses all arms.
Hitter #2 has 60 mph bat speed at contact, but uses all the muscles of the body.
Which ball goes further?
Lets say there's 2 Hitters.
Hitter Number 1 has a bat speed of 60 mph at contact, but swings all arms
Hitter Number 2 has a bat speed of 60 mph at contact, but uses all the muscles in the body to hit the ball.
Which one would go farther? I'm think Hitter 2 would go further because that would...
