What are the benefits/detriments of having hand with ball facing towards catcher at 12:00 position versus hand(palm) facing towards closer to 3rd base? My daughter was taught from 10 years old to have hand(palm) face 3rd base and now (15 yrs old) is working to make the change towards the catcher.
