oh actually i am a 13 yr old boy and i probably will only upload the video by friday. the softball pitching edge book really helped and i realised i was an "early loader" so hats why i dont get much speed. any drills to help with that? thanks- ACSoftball

i need to increase my speed but i have to ensure i have the right mechanics first so i need to know the correct mechanics to pitch so i can check if i am pitching correctly. pls help! also i do not really understand the arm whip- ACSoftball
