Back to seeing the Zen Master. Walked in to see 3 other girls from our town who drive 56 miles one way to see Rich.

56 miles one way is close! We are driving 4hrs (75-80 mph) one way to see Hillhouse. I would be tickled to have Rich within an hours drive.

I find this sequence to be very interesting. Pitcher well into her stride with ball still well in front of her. Arm must move extremely quickly from this point on, which is one of the things we are working on with DD.

I would love to see more bend in the arm but hey, it's a process.

DD was swimming like this end of last season; working hard to correct. Key is to keep the glove hand from flying open.
