Short answer is turn the handle at go instead of pulling the knob forward.
I've seen the term used a lot - maybe used it myself. But I get the feeling many use it as a specific point in the sequence. Is it just the point where you commit to swinging? If specific, I would think it would be at heel plant, which (for me) seems to be the trigger to completing the swing.
Or is it just the point of max "stretch" (i.e. SNF, and maybe Command Drill)?
