Very slight "rattle" in 2015 Xeno?

At 10, 12 and 14s we seemed to play all season long without any bat inspections and then when we got to the alphabet nationals they were looking and shaking, made DD take her little inverted cone that sits above the knob off. "Might come off during the game." Sheet, I had to use pliers to put it on, this sucker ain't coming off. Had to borrow pliers to get it off.

DD used to use the inverted cones when she was moving up a bat size. Had a couple of umpires make us wrap tape around it to make sure it did not come off, but never had to remove it.
