Hitting: weight transfer.

Pitching:footwork? powerline and pushing off

Catching: stance

baserunning: proper running stlye and rocker step

Fielding: approach to the ball on grounders, hops and fly balls

Any ideas woould be helpfull. thanks

Make sure you have a video on proper bucket carrying techniques. Beyond that, the HC should teach the AC's how he/she want everything else done.

Not being a smart alex.... Your HC should have a library of what he going to try. As you can see from the results so far, Throwing is neglected. If I was an AC, I would make that my total focus.

While I agree that Kobata is terrific, his style requires the entire coaching staff to be on board and agree it's the way to go. Like Howard says, too many coaches teach baseball and if you're going to teach a charging third basemen to never use the bare hand on a slow roller, the other coaches should understand why.
