14 yr old DD had a reduction in speed and control yesterday and later said her shoulder felt stiff and tight all through the game. Any thoughts on good safe ways to loosen it up and keep it there? I am thinking she isn't warming up enough before pitching (I'm not a coach so I haven't paid much attention to what goes on there) and I know she isn't icing and stretching afterwards like she should. This has been addressed but I am curious if there are other things she can do.
