Lots of bad drills out there !! This promotes rotating the lower half vs allowing the legs to be used for leverage.

Compare to getting into a strong leveraged position.

Looks more like something a power slapper might do.

I don’t like Camwood bats either. But you see them all over the place at younger levels. Kids can’t hardly even hold it upright
