Shuffling Feet

Need some help on any specific drills or advice that can be given, my 10 yr old DD is shuffling her feet in the batters box while the pitch is on the way. She does fine during batting practice, hitting off the machine, tee work, soft toss etc. Shes just developed this bad habit recently and her production at the plate has fallen way off, from having the 2nd highest avg on the team she's now around the bottom third of the order (alot of strikeouts and weak infield grounders), after about 2 months of having happy feet. Any advice is appreciated

It is hard to fix Issues that only happen in a game, is there any way she can see more live pitching in practice?

Had the same issue with a player. We were able to replicate it in practice with live pitching. She did not even know she was doing it. Tied a bell to her back foot. Couple practices and she was fine
