Scoring question (in the park homer)

DD hit a scorcher up middle. Wife scores as in the park homer. I like to keep a accurate book for line up and to show parents if any "questions" come.

CF was playing to push, was running at full speed when trying to scoop ball and completely wiffed, never touched it. DD was rounding second when third base coach saw throw off target and waved her home.

Should this be single with 3 bag E or Single with 2 bag E and a fielders choice since throw was weak/off target.

No fielding error if CF couldn't have fielded it with normal effort or missed ball due to an unusual bounce. Otherwise, 2-bag fielding E.

Throwing error if players at that level normally make a better throw that would have prevented her from scoring.

Depending on error(s), DD either had a single, triple or HR.
