There is some gray area between a tap (bunt) and a soft slap (swing) - how/where do you draw the line?
I would suggest dropping the term "slap bunt", there is no such thing. It is either a slap attempt or a drag bunt.
Talk about making up terms. Show me "drag bunt" in the ASA rule book.
The difference between a bunt and a swing is in the wrists. If the wrists rotate, its a swing.
While many may look at that as an indicator in some cases, there is nothing in the rules which support this statement.
