QUALIFIED Instructor Indianapolis, Nashville, Louisville or St. Louis HELP!

I am looking for a qualified pitching instructor for my 14 yr old DD. I can't find anyone locally that is suitable. DD and I have/continue to learn a TON from this site and she works diligently to improve. Frankly, I still think it is portent to have another set of eyes, and hands on instruction!

In short, if any of you can vouch for a top notch instructors in the above listed areas I would greatly appreciate the reference!
