I get this, but the issue I'm having isn't about the advanced mechanics of elite pitchers and being discussed. I'm just looking for a basic rundown that parents of these U10 girls can keep an eye on.
AFAIK the umpires aren't going to be calling balls because shoulders are closing at an improper angle or follow through crosses the body or not. I'm new here, so go easy on me, if this belongs in a different forum, let me know.
