I think this has settled in my mind a bit. The different input was really helpful. It's not a matter of being challenged. I know there are plenty of 12u teams that can offer that, the reluctance I have for going team shopping is that i don't want to wind up on some team with baggage/drama that I didn't know about when I signed up. We have these two good situations already and With good coaching, no drama and decent commutes. I like the idea of sticking with one of them, most likely the good team, and guesting with some 12u teams to get more time if needed.
With a little luck we get a good turnout during December and January and we get a 2002 team going and this is moot. But if It doesn't happen then one more year of being the runt won't kill her and she will go into her first real 14u season next fall with a lot of experience at that level. Thanks all.
