12 year old DD has been pitching for two years now with I/R. Has great rotation and speed. Rarely throws a wild pitch, but struggles with the fine adjustment when high or low out of the zone. She does not consistently brush her hip and thus struggles with having that trigger to help her know when to release. Any tips to improve the brush?

Stryckout,

Lack of brush is often a posture issue - as is high/low control in the zone. My guess is that she might have a disconnected upper/lower torso... possibly a lean... Nonetheless, proper alignment and core strength are two of the larger building blocks for what you desire... IMO.

If comfortable, post a video snip or two (one from side and one from rear). This would provide a definitive reference and a much clearer picture of what you are asking/seeking.
